A well-qualified and experienced Water Resources and Irrigation Engineer. His expertise lies in water supply, wastewater, climate change, hydrology and hydraulics design of dams and irrigation infrastructures, flood
control, bridges, culverts, and drainage systems. He is also expert in flood risk assessment and flood inundation mapping and catchment management in collecting interpreting hydrological and meteorological data. He is conversant with several software programs and remote sensing techniques for hydrological modelling, hydraulic analysis, and GIS applications.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Water Resources and Irrigation Engineering from Water Institute. He is registered as the Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania also as Member of Institution of Engineers Tanzania as well as a member of International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD).
